What happens after you submit.

One named recruiter will pick up the search and call you the same business day, or, if it is in the evening, first thing the next morning. We will tell you on that first call whether the search is a good fit and what we think the work will need.

If your spec is already polished, paste it in. If you only have a rough idea of the role, that is fine, the conversation tightens it up.
